Oeun Sreymom files divorce complaint
The rumor of division between the couple emerged years. Ouen Sreymon, Cambodia’s most singers, who have been supported from Cambodian fans both in the Country and out of Cambodia, said that she filed a complaint of divorce with her husband to the court already. But the court does not yet issue the verdict of marriage yet.
Oeun Sreymom was born in Battambang province and got married to her husband, Keo Sokha, more than 10 years. the tie of their wedding did not give them son or daughter yet.
She said she have to end her love with her legally-married husband, Keo Sokha, many years. After getting married, she had no child. She told the local media that she made decision to end her marriage because of the discord in family. She tried to be patient with her husband many years. And she always tried to hide those problems happening in her family.
The second time that the court summoned the spouse to appear in the courtroom but her husband did not appear in the court and he said that he really does not want to get divorced with her wife. Instead, he wants to have compromise.
Even though, the court does not issue the verdict of her case, she said she would not be able to live together again with husband in the future.
The close friends of her husband said that Keo Sokha tried many times to reunite his wife but failed because she has still strongly kept her stance to stay away from him.
The public said that Oeun Sreymom wanted to divorce her husband because she met new, gentle and rich man. Therefore, she has to force herself to separate from her married husband. In response to the allegation, she said that it was up to them. What she wanted to stay away from her husband is not like what they said.
She added that the issue that she has or has no child is not the problem to make her to get divorced with her husband.
After she filed a divorce lawsuit with the court, she rarely performs in the public.
